Dubai AGSI: New Projects

Dubai, UAE – Following a highly successful ten-month operational period, HT Furnace has been awarded a new contract by the rolling mill manufacturer for a second reheating furnace at AGSI. This repeat order underscores the proven performance and reliability of the first furnace delivered by HT Furnace.

The initial project, a regenerative reheating furnace capable of processing 6-meter billets at 60 TPH, was a rapid execution success. Commissioned swiftly at the end of December 2024, the furnace has been in smooth operation for ten months. A recent inspection by HT Furnace technicians in October 2025 confirmed the equipment is performing optimally and maintaining high efficiency.

Building on this successful partnership, a contract for a second furnace was finalized with Rolling Mill partner just one week ago. This repeat order highlights AGSI's satisfaction with the equipment's robust output, consistent quality, and low operational costs. This second furnace will ensure AGSI can reliably expand its production capacity for the growing market."
